Nice place. Great location. A warm weekend in October made it too warm to sleep upstairs. The fans did little to make it comfortable. The bedroom fan worked well. Coffee pot didn’t work and water filter needed to be replaced. Appreciated the unit was clean. Cheryl was great to work with. Very responsive.

Perfect Malibu stay - my family was in town, and I wanted to treat them to my favorite part of the city, Malibu! We enjoyed being in quiet beach town while still being a short drive away from the best restaurants in LA, all while having excellent views from the property. It was incredibly clean, comfortable, and spacious for 4 people. The host was also very responsive and clear in directions, making check in and check out a breeze. Would highly recommend, one of my family's favorite Airbnb's we've ever stayed in!

The location is beautiful! The main room is spacious. When I first arrived I noticed a funky smell in the main room, so I slept with the sliding door open. The next night everyone in the house was complaining about the odor and we didn’t know what it was or where it was coming from. I made the mistake of sleeping with the sliding door closed and woke up with my lungs hurting me (weird feeling I’ve never experienced) so I talked to the property manager Sasha and she came over and couldn’t smell anything so I asked her to come back later that day and she confirmed it was from the rug and she let us change our reservation to leave earlier. Other than that issue, the property is in a great location and we felt safe. It just needs a little more upkeep (lime scale on shower heads and drapes in the guest bedroom) and renovation, but everything was working properly.

Just as described! Beautiful views from a quiet and private condo. Conveniently located. Restaurants, beaches and grocery store are close by.
