We had a lovely holiday. The house is beautiful. All bedrooms have ensuite. I've stayed at the neighbouring barns many times before so familiar with the style of the house which is very special and unlike anything you'd find elsewhere. Outside space is great and flows neatly from the indoor space. Holly responded swiftly with any queries we had. Its an easy drive to the beach and the surrounding countryside is so beautiful and peaceful. Thank you.

We were a party of 10, 8 adults and 2 children plus a dog, and there was plenty of living space. Each of the 5 bedrooms was ensuite and it was great to have 2 lounges, each with a smart TV. There was a good sized patio area out the back as well but, as it was December, we didn't use this, although the hot tub went down well with the ladies. There was a good amount of parking space for our 4 cars. The house was well equipped generally, especially with more than enough crockery, cutlery and glasses for all of our party. The smaller lounge is a Lego lovers delight with so much Lego to play with and on display.

I honestly don’t know where to start. Everything about our stay was beyond perfect. The house is incredible - you never want to leave. All the touches make it absolutely perfect for families with kids - the toy room! the big open kitchen! the living room that backs onto the most amazing garden! There’s so much to do locally / a short drive way. Gorgeous beaches (check which ones are dog-friendly during summer if you’re taking a fluffy loved one), great food, great walks… but as I say, the house is so wonderful it’s really hard to leave! Thanks to Holly for taking such good care of us and hope to be back soon!

A lovely home with plenty of space for our 3 families including 3 children. Each of the bedrooms has it’s own quirky features, but with all modern comforts. We especially liked: - the hot tub - the super equipped children’s playroom - the outdoor trail, with quirky features including a mock-up space craft and a cabin for stargazing - excellent tv with loads of films and sports Things to do nearby include Norwich, Beccles, Bungay, boating on the Broads, Pleasurewood Hills.

This is a total one-off of a house, in a superb setting. There's so much to see in the property itself, and weird and wonderful things to be found in the grounds. Plenty to do in the area generally too, for young and old. Hoping to return in future. We loved it!
