Had a great stay at Natasha's place. I was there for work and made the booking at the very last minute. Despite this and despite Natasha being away herself, she made every effort to ensure the place was ready and sent me the best instructions I've received on Airbnb. All done in such a friendly and helpful manner. The apartment was great and matched the photos, and in terms of value for money I was really happy. Been staying at some grotty roadside hotels for the same price or more. No comparison! And some nice touches - Netflix, a tray of breakfast goodies in the kitchen etc. Very happily return here. Thank you!

Natasha's place was exactly what i was looking for! Had all the comforts of home and everything I needed for my 9-day stay. I was in town for business and after long workdays it was nice to have a quiet place to end the day. No worries about loud neighbors or slamming doors like is all too common in hotels. Natasha met me at the flat, gave me a quick tour, and explained how to use the appliances, heat, TV, etc. Kitchen had everything i needed to cook meals, and in-suite laundry worked well. The building itself is secure, easy to find, and she has a reserved on-site parking spot. It is very convenient to the M25. Although the front access is on a somewhat busy traffic road, there is a short footpath that leads to a quiet street behind the building that is easily walkable to several historic pubs and local eateries. All in all, I was very happy with the choice. I'll definitely look here first when I'm in the area! Thanks Natasha!
