Francena is a wonderful host, warm and very responsive. Our stay was very pleasant, beautiful grounds, tastefully decorated home, immaculately clean rooms and bathrooms. The vest stay you can find on the area.

We love staying at Francie's place! This is our fourth (or fifth?) time staying while visiting family at Maris Grove in Glen Mills. We have come over the Christmas holidays and in summertime, and each time it feels like a mini-retreat. Our teenage son takes the attic room (which he loves) while we enjoy the spacious log cabin room downstairs, with a comfy king bed, cozy den (with a fireplace), and a well-equipped kitchen. We enjoy hanging out and reading in the gorgeous living room, with beautiful artwork and furniture (my spouse joked that it's like the Winterthur mansion, but you can sit in the chairs). Francie's amazing dried floral arrangements make the home distinctively lovely. Francie herself is friendly, responsive and exuberant, with lots of local and historical knowledge. The house is a short drive from the Brandywine Museum and park, Winterthur, Longwood Gardens, and many nice walking areas. We always leave wishing we had a few more days just to relax in the house!
