Charlotte's place was immaculately clean, and had warm touches like fuzzy textures on comforter, rugs, and a towel warmer in the bathroom. The neighborhood is amazing – open space, very green, quiet. Charlotte is very thoughtful and easy-going to top of the experience. Bring some coffee / tea and a few breakfast snacks with you if you want something before you head out. I had an early morning tour at Longwood Gardens, but it looks like West Chester has some good coffee spots. I recommend staying here.

Charlotte's place was a lovely studio, just as described, in a very peaceful residential setting. It was perfect for my daughter and I while visiting West Chester University. Away from the busy highway and traffic but close enough for a quick run to Wawa if you needed. It was very clean and modern and had the coziest comforter! The space was generous for the two of us with room to spare. We would definitely stay here again!

Charlotte is a great host and very responsive- her place was immaculate and she definitely made us feel welcome - she has a knack for detail and her place shows it - it’s beautifully designed and comfortable and has everything you need and could want for a perfect stay - I highly recommend if you are ever in the area don’t hesitate to stay here - extremely satisfied with my choice and I will definitely come back if I’m ever in the area again- thank you for being a great host

Friendly hostess -- Charlotte greeted us at the door and made us feel at home. Beautiful room with private bath, spacious and well furnished. Large and very comfortable bed. House is in a quiet area but an easy drive to shopping and restaurants in West Chester and Delaware, as well as sightseeing destinations such as Longwood Gardens or Winterthur. We would recommend Charlotte's place to anyone traveling in this area.
