I ended up staying in room 401 (bigger than the room I booked) and the room has everything you will need for a staycation with a fully equipped kitchen, a workstation, a good Wifi connection(ethernet available) and daily necessities like toilet paper and water. The location is close to the popular toursit attractions and it is in a quiet neighborhood so you can get a good night sleep. The host is very responsive to messages and welcoming so that's a plus.
I can recommend this place. Good location/price, easy/fast communication, fully equipped for your needs.

This place is at the heart of Ba Dinh District. The Old Quarter is a 15-minute bike away. Within walking distance are West Lake, Ba Dinh Square, Bach Thao Botanical Garden, etc. It stays between 2 main train stations: Hanoi and Long Bien, connecting you with the rest of Vietnam. Bus no. 9 (to the Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem Lake) is just outside the alley. Bus no. 90 from Kim Ma station (0.5km away) will take you to and from Noi Bai Airport. The neighborhood is safe and quiet due to its prime location, near major embassies and government offices.
