They are very caring and will respond to our requests soon and try their best to provide assistance. The rooms are very comfortable and well-equipped, making them a very good tenant.

Communication before my arrival was excellent, the owners were patiently answering my questions and were always helpful. I stayed for 2 months and I have to say - the building needs some serious extra care in order to work properly. One night plumbing in my ceiling (where power lines are as well!) leaked and apx. 15-20 litres of waste water (!) poured over my bed - it was Sat so getting sorted was tricky as well. Owners were really quick in offering another room and I moved the same night, which was cool, but hadn't I been present, most of my electronics (incl. work laptop) would be drown. I had a lot of work and usually returned tired, needed some time to focus since I worked even from home, but there's 18 (!!!!) rooms in the building, and the house is most of the time full. Due to that, there were several accidents caused by other tenants, which made my stay significantly less comfortable (e.g. fire alarm at 2 AM). Bottom line, I wanted to move even during my stay but there were no vacancies for a month elsewhere. Overall, it was ok to survive, but I wouldn't return. Definitely overpriced.
