Nous avons logé 3 nuits exceptionnelles dans ce logement hyper paisible avec nos 2 enfants 8 et 10 ans ! Les singes étaient au rdv sur la terrasse , matin et après midi c'était vraiment chouette ! Johnny était vraiment très sympa et très présent mais discret à la fois . Nous avons rencontré une chouette famille . Ce logement est accessible en voiture mais uniquement en 4x4 , sinon faudra prendre le bateau qui vous déposera loin du logement de Johnny 25 min à pied sur le sable . Vraiment contente de l avoir connu.

I stayed one month in La Casita Azul, I was looking for beauty, peace and quiet and I found it! Jonny and his family were super helpful. I’m also very glad I went during wet season. The rain only made the place more magical, you can sit on the balcony for hours and spy birds, monkeys and tapirs! Beaches were empty and it was mostly sunny!

Jonny’s place is the ideal place to relax. He is happy to arrange tours if you are interested, but other than that it is pure tranquility. I sat on the deck and watched and listened to a multitude of birds. The sound of surf made my sleep very peaceful. Lay in the hammock on the beach while being shaded by trees. The kitchen has all necessary supplies - just make sure to stop and get groceries before you arrive. I would definitely stay here again.

Die Kommunikation mit Jonny war wirklich herausragend. Er hat auf alle Fragen immer super schnell geantwortet. Zudem hat er für uns die gesamte Organisation zum Corcovado Nationalpark übernommen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, nah zum Strand und wir konnten vom Balkon ganz viele Vögel und Tiere entdecken. Wenn man mit dem Boot anreist (so wie wir), muss man allerdings schon mit weiteren Kosten rechnen (Bootsfahrt + Parkplatzmiete). Zudem sollte man dann alles mitnehmen, da der Supermarkt eine Stunde zu Fuss entfernt ist. Insgesamt war es wirklich ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt!

We spent 4 nights at Jonny's place and we enjoyed our stay there. It's only 2 minutes walk from the most beautiful beach in Costa Rica,,😊, and there is so.much to do: u can go on trips to Corcovado national park, snorkeling to Cano Island, horse riding, walking the trails or just enjoying the beach life. There is plenty of shade to spend the day on the beach, which is good because it gets very hot in the house, so it's better to be outside. The nights are cool though, since chill and breeze come from the sea and it's nice to sleep. The house is simple but it has all the basics you need for a short stay. Our host Jonny was incredibly friendly, kind and helpful with everything we needed. When Jonny was not around, his uncle Pablo , who lives next door , gave us a hand and was very nice too. Also other people in this place are so wonderful that they make u feel so welcome and great. For us the combination of such lovely people at an amazing place made a truly memorable holiday!
