Basic, yet comfortable. As expected. Excellent host who was proactive about our needs. Very clean place. Walkable to town/beach (about 10-15 minutes), with plenty of options for mini mart and restaurants along the way. A few opportunities to see some birds and other wildlife right at our doorstep. We were able to arrange tours via the host, and they use the same people as the other tour operators you can find online.
