A great place on the water right in downtown Bailey's Harbor. Very convenient to everything. A service station next store with a small grocery for all the thing you forgot to bring. Closed in back porch overlooking the water was great. While we did not use it a lot, the upstairs family room was nice. Its an older home, so it shows a little wear and tear but you are out enjoying Door County so it is not a big deal. We brought our own grill which I am glad we did since the charcoal grills at the house should probably be replaced. Want to thank the owners, we had a good time. I would suggest the owners ask families with kids to be sure they wash the sand off the kids prior to entering the house. There was sand in some of the bathroom and the bunk room where the kids were staying.

We had such a great time on our girls trip. We had 12 people (from 2 yo to 90 yo). The place was so nice and spacious. Backyard was perfect. Close to beach area, fun to walk in area and little grocery store close by. Great location for our family!

Cedar Beach Harbor House is quirky and charming. Our group of seven adults and five children (6-14) loved the scenic yard, four-season porch, mostly large bedrooms and very generous living spaces. The house is a stroll to 'downtown' Bailey's Harbor which has a great Farmer's Market, quite a few restaurants, a wonderful nature center and several playgrounds/parks. If you are looking for a calmer experience than Sister Bay, you have found it. Just a few things to note: the house is on the main road, which is not a crazy thoroughfare but you could definitely hear a steady, albeit slow, stream of traffic going by starting early in the morning and ending around 10 PM. Also, the two bedrooms/one bath off the garage are pretty small, fine for smaller people but a little challenging for my two large-ish sons. Overall, a successful option for our large and diverse group.

We had a great time - the view of the bay is amazing - sunrises beautiful. Lots of room and tons of incredible things to explore and see in the house. This was a 7 sister vacation. We would certainly consider returning.
