Place really needs to be cleaned up. Dust and spider webs everywhere.

The home had a misty moldy smell. Beds were all bad and in one of the rooms the box spring was stained and torn, very bad. I have pictures. The basement bedrooms did not have electricity and couldn't find the braker box. There were only one light working one in the Living room and kitchen. The cookware was bad. The Pool Table didnt have enough balls to play. The outdoors had spider webs and not enough furniture to be able to sit outside. I would hope that Vacasa would do inspection on the homes they list. For the money we paid it was not worth it.

The house layout is fantastic. The vaulted ceilings and open floor plan make it feel so extra big.

This house was HUGE and was perfect for us. The neighborhood was fantastic and the conditions were fine. In regard to cleanliness..just windows needed cleaning and under the beds were quite dirty but the living areas were clean and acceptable.
