This was my second time staying in Rosie and Tim's lovely flat. (If, as they say, "actions speak louder than words", then the fact that I booked this Airbnb again after staying for four weeks in September should speak volumes about how much I enjoyed it!) This time, I stayed for six weeks, working remotely, visiting friends, and exploring Winchester and the surrounding area. The space was private, spacious, clean, and well equipped with all of the amenities I needed for a long stay. As I wrote in my previous review, Rosie and Tim are gracious hosts, always quick to respond and to offer helpful recommendations on things to do and see in the area. I hope to return soon!

We have just spent a wonderful week in Winchester in Rosie's flat. It was exactly as described and easily met our expectations. It was spacious and extremely well equipped. The heating worked great and hot water was plentiful. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bedlinen & towels of a high quality. The kitchen had all we needed to be able to cook a meal (on the rare occasion we chose to forego the wonderful restaurants that Winchester has to offer). The location was perfect, it was only a short walk to the city centre, but the flat itself is in very quiet street. All in all it was a very enjoyable stay and we look forward to staying there again in the future. I have no hesitation at all in recommending Rosie's flat, both it and the host were a real pleasure to get to know!

I had a lovely stay at this beautiful and self contained place. Host has been amazing - considerate , friendly and helpful . This place is close to train station and necessary amenities , yet at the same time quiet and peaceful.
