Absolutely perfect place to stay and gorgeous decor and very friendly and responsive Would definitely go back and Winchester is beautiful too.

For people staying in Winchester, Jonathan and Naomi's place is really well located for exploring the town and travelling further afield. It is about ten minutes walk from the train station to the property, and the town centre itself is around fifteen to twenty minutes walk. So if you are arriving on foot, this is a great location. The place itself is comfortable and clean, with basic facilities for food. If you are looking for a place to sit indoors in the evenings and watch TV, then this might not be the ideal place for you. But there's a nice-looking pizza restaurant and pub nearby, and there's plenty to do on the High Street! Jonathan and Naomi were away when we stayed, but kept in touch and were attentive from a distance. I had a nasty fall earlier in the day (in another town altogether!) before arrival and they kindly offered me a free extra night's stay in case I need more time for recovery. They are most definitely super hosts and I highly recommend!

they did say 10mins to town more like 20mins down hill not ideal for people walking back who suffer with bad backs which my husband does + I think a tele would be nice to watch in the room we had

Lovely studio annexe, easy walking distance to town. Very clean and comfortable. It was perfect for our weekend away exploring the lovely city of Winchester. Jonathan & Naomi were very helpful, friendly and communicative.
