Anne was a very responsive and welcoming host, and the apartment is in the heart of Paris. During the day, we walked to all the Paris attractions and the Jardin de Luxembourg served as our backyard. At night the energy of Paris was brought to us as the apartment’s road is a favorite spot for thirsty Parisiens. We will definitely look forward to the next occasion to stay at Anne’s place!

I had a great stay at Annes place. The space is really charming with the big windows and rooftop views. Everything is well organized and practical, also for a longer stay. The local grocery store, Epic, is super nice. You are smack in the middle of downtown with great shopping, sightseeing and communications (metro, busses and RER). Love the bathtub, and the laundry machine was a blessing. People are not kidding about the noise though, so prepare to sleep with earplugs from Thursday and through the weekend, because this is the party street and it gets incredibly loud all the way until the morning. The area still felt very safe and I was never concerned about going out or coming home late. In summary I really recommend this place for genuine Parisian attic charm with tons of sunlight.

Ich war 2 Monate in der Dachgeschoßwohnung und hatte eine wunderbare Zeit. Die Wohnung liegt in einem sehr schönen Stadtteil von Paris, mit tollen Geschäften, Restaurants und Cafés in der Nähe und ist wie beschrieben. Die Wohnung ist im 5. Stockwerk ohne Lift mit einem typischen französischen Stiegenhaus. In der Wohnung gibt es alles was man braucht, von Fön über Bügelbrett bis Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine. Die Wohnung ist schön hell und für pariser Verhältnisse auch ziemlich groß. Ich habe mich sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt. Da in der Straße viele Bars sind, ist es am Wochenende laut - mit Ohrenstöpsel ging es aber. Untertags ist es dafür sehr ruhig, da kaum Autos in der Straße fahren. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, reaktionsschnell und hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos. Vielen Dank! Ich komme gerne wieder in diese schöne helle Wohnung!

Appartement conforme aux descriptions, très bien placé au cœur de Saint-Germain et à proximité immédiate de toutes commodités. L’appartement est bien équipé, très agréable et lumineux. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et très sympathiques, je recommande sans hésiter.
