HOUSE DESCRIPTION: Two Stories: Entrance is on the first level, with the living room, kitchen, dining room and one bath. 2 bedrooms andj 1 full bath upstairs. You can also enjoy the beautiful San Diego weather in our large shared but private courtyard. Our home is located in a wonderful complex where our neighbors value the peace & quiet of our small beachside community. And so, all loud parties, large gatherings, loud noises or disturbances are strictly prohibited. Thank you. Master bedroom has a king-sized bed and the second bedroom has 2 queen-size beds. There is a parking pass that will allow for free street parking for one vehicle. Our garage also contains everything you need to enjoy your day at the Beach (including umbrellas, chairs, etc). LOCATION: -A short minute's walk to the beach. -Very close to downtown Oceanside and 10 minute walk to Oceanside Pier. -Amtrack/Metrolink is also nearby. -It's about a 10 minute drive to Legoland and Carlsbad. 30 minutes drive south to San Diego, Sea World, San Diego Zoo and other SD attractions. -Drive 45 minutes north to Disneyland, Universal Studios and other Orange County attractions.
