I would definitely book here again. Though I live in San Diego, I was looking for a place that was far, but close enough to feel like vacation and Oceanside ended up being the place b/c this place felt like vacation and home. Everything was as advertised and the host was swift with responses! It was pretty seamless from beginning to end - even let me check in a bit earlier. Would highly recommend this place, and the host!

Me and my friends decided last minute to get an airbnb to celebrate a birthday and I could not have asked for a better home and host! Billy was so helpful with everything and extremely responsive when we had any questions! I would definitely recommend this home as well as stay there again! Beautiful , spacious home 4 minutes from the beach! Ten out of ten experience!

Wow, this place is a gem! We had an amazing stay and really felt at home. The house was super clean, cozy and had plenty of extras like bathroom essentials, linens, games and kitchen appliances. Both the front and backyard are clean and extremely well kept and the backyard is especially beautiful and inviting. Billy was friendly, professional and an overall great host. He also provided clear instructions for check-in, check-out and jacuzzi use and was kind enough to let us check in a little early. All in all, a fantastic stay, we’d return/recommend in a heartbeat!

Our stay was great. We are a family of 5 and had plenty of room to enjoy ourselves. The backyard is peaceful and the overall experience was relaxing. Billy communicated well and did not hesitate to respond within minutes. Would definitely stay again in the near future. Thanks Billy.

Book this place! House is very clean and comfortable with beautiful landscaping. Very close to the beach with lots of fun things to do. The jacuzzi is a nice touch! We also appreciated the beach chairs, beach towels, and cooler available in the garage. The host is very friendly and communicated with us to make sure the stay was going well. We would gladly book another trip at your place. Thank you again!
