This place was perfect in so many ways! Just blocks away from the beach. Also walking distance from the downtown area with amazing restaurants, coffee spots and cooo bars. The roof top deck gives amazing views and a peaceful get away to relax at. The condo itself is perfect and cozy to enjoy your down time and get some rest. Would definitely recommend this place!

Amazing location and beautiful home. We felt right at home when we reached the destination. Host was very kind and responsive. 10/10 definitely recommend. I will be back whenever I am in town again!

Pros: It was really close to the beach, only a few blocks. Easy to get to the house from anywhere. The front gate was nice to be able to use. Overall it was clean. Plenty of towels & dishes are available for use. Provided soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Cons: The couch was awful. The cushions don't stay on and constantly slide right off. Some of the pillows have some stains on them. The rug in the family room tracked blue strings everywhere! The counter behind every sink has missing caulking and looks moldy. The shower in the master bedroom had mold in the grout of some tiles. The neighbors upstairs were loud the first night we were there and woke up my kids and me multiple times. The rooftop patio was dirty and not an enjoyable place to use. The patio off the kitchen area had a seating area, but the wicker was falling off and could easily poke you, and the cushions inside the house didn't cover half the couch or chairs for everyone to sit. Spiderwebs everywhere! Including inside.

Great place to stay short walk to the beach. Only one problem the master bed was squeaky and not level.

This place has a perfect location, great eateries near by, and has private parking. The only thing is the listing makes it feel like it’s bigger and spans multiple floors, so there was a slight disappointment to find that it’s just a one floor apartment. That said, it’s still a great value.
