Pros: On the beach, within walking distance to many places, great view (got lucky), staff availability since it's a basically a hotel, staff were friendly and helpful, the location overall was great Cons: No privacy (It was practically a hotel and there wasn't much privacy from our neighbors which was the only reason we wanted an Airbnb), they had an extra fee per day added, we had to get street parking because there was no more space in their garage and we got very lucky that there happened to be a spot in front otherwise we would've had to park far away, most of the 'condos' don't have a view of the beach we got VERY lucky to have gotten one , there were a lot of rules and guidelines which is becoming a common issue with Airbnb in general Due to lack of privacy as well as having a lot of rules and guidelines it would be hard for me to come back. The ocean view was great but we got VERY lucky with that. Location is the best part though :)

Great place, great location, and walking distance to everything you would want to do in Oceanside! Will definitely come back here. Had a two bedroom, both bedrooms located upstairs with bathroom in between the rooms. Can hear the ocean while you’re going to sleep at night in one room, while other room was located Street side. Downstairs was another bathroom with just a toilet, the kitchen and then the living room with walkout patio shared by all residents on 4th floor. 4th floor is actually street level and you can take elevator downstairs and then walk out directly across the street to the beach. Really can’t complain about anything here. Such a great spot. They even have beach chairs and small umbrellas to take with you to beach! Or you can go out the front door which is right on the street and walk down a block to the pier and many restaurant options. Great place!

We had a great experience. The location could not be more perfect, the space was incredibly comfortable and luxurious. The condo offers the sense of privacy of a home, the support of a resort, and the views of a postcard. We recommend the Southern California Beach Club highly and we look forward to returning!
