Spacious Mediterranean style Villa on a quiet, tree-lined street. Walking distance to beach, coffee, restaurants. Ideal for a family vacation, a romantic getaway, or traveling professionals. Splendid Ocean views from all 3 bedrooms and large & private rooftop. 3 King Beds + two Sofa Beds. Fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, 2-car garage w/EV charger. Two working spaces w/ monitors. Short drive to Carlsbad, San Clemente & Downtown San Diego. Villa was built in 2009. 2426 Square Feet, three levels, with a very large private rooftop overlooking the ocean. All 3 bedrooms with King beds. Our guests especially appreciated the spaces between the bedrooms to allow for privacy. Fully equipped kitchen on first level. Large wooden dining table under a beautiful large chandelier for family gatherings. Two living/playing areas with 72” smart TV, a foosball table, two sofa beds for additional guests, gas fireplace. Plenty of toys, board games, and books to entertain the entire family. One of the living rooms leads to a ground floor fenced terrace area with BBQ grill and bistro seating area. Baby gates, Pack ‘n Play, baby walker, and high chair available for young families. Three king beds with BRAND NEW mattresses and BRAND NEW oversized cotton linens in all three bedrooms. Two out of three bedrooms are en-suites. Two out of three bedrooms have their own terraces with direct views of the Pacific Ocean. Soaker jet tub, luxurious walk-in shower, and spacious walk-in closet in master bedroom. Two brand new sofa beds to accommodate additional guests. Two dedicated working spaces. Each equipped with computer monitors. Free WiFi throughout. Very large private rooftop terrace just for the guests! The view is breathtaking. The rooftop has a dining table for eight, two loungers with brand new Sunbella cushions, bar height table, and a large umbrella. Two-car garage has new epoxy floor making it an extra space for play, gathering, or storage. Water filtration system provides high quality drinking water for the whole house. Foldable beach chairs, beach umbrella, surf boards, bodyboards, beach towels etc are all available for guests’ use. BRAND NEW ChargePoint EV charger inside the garage for guests use. Villa has three-levels with stairs connecting the various levels. It is not wheelchair accessible.

The house is amazing! Everything was located within either a walking or short driving distance. Plenty of parking space around the house but also included is an attached garage in the house. Plenty of board games, books a foosball table, beach chairs and boogie boards for entertainment. Andy and Fiona thought of everything to make your stay that much more amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

The perfect place to stay in Oceanside!
My family and I were in town for a wedding and wanted to stay together. So glad we chose to stay at Fiona’s in Oceanside! I was pleasantly surprised by how accurate the pictures were, everything was exactly as described. The house was very clean and had everything we needed including a pack and play and some toys for my baby. The beach and several coffee shops and restaurants are just a few blocks away. The house is also just a 10-15 minute walk away from the train (the train stops at various beach towns and goes all the way to downtown San Diego). Another aspect I appreciated was the multiple bathrooms and how each room had some space between them, which allowed for privacy. I only wish there was a lock on my door but it wasn’t a big deal because we felt quite safe in the home and neighborhood. While Oceanside is a bit further from San Diego, there’s plenty to do and explore along the coast and 40 minutes or less away from most attractions. Don’t hesitate- book with Fiona!
Our stay was wonderful! The home was clean, beautiful, and had all the amenities; Well stocked kitchen for cooking, plenty of bedding and towels, even beach chairs and boogie boards. The beds were comfortable and spacious. We wished we could have stayed longer! Would definitely book again.

The home is located on a quiet, pedestrian-friendly street near the ocean. 10 minute walk to the beach, 5 min walk to coffee shops, 2 min walk to the closest restaurant. We strongly recommend a 5-minute walk to the Tremont Collective—-a collection of trendy local shops and eateries perfect for breakfast, lunch, coffee, or beer.
The neighborhood largely consists of families with young children or friendly, well-established residents. We have a great relationship with our neighbors (we trust you’ll help us keep it that way!). The location is popular for dog-walkers who are always willing to let you say hello to their pets :)
Driving distance to the nearest WalMart is less than 10 mins away, grocery store is 5 mins, Costco & Home Depot are 10 mins. There are plenty of gas stations on Coast Hwy, and our place is one of the few listings with an EV charger. Street Parking is free, and you are welcome to use our 2-car garage with remote opener for added security.
The property is a 15 min walk to Oceanside Transit Center— serviced by Amtrak, Coaster, MetroLink, and Sprinter. You can easily hop on a train to go directly to downtown San Diego or north to Orange County and LA. Connecting to the MTS trains in San Diego Old Town provides service as far as San Ysidro and Santee, all on bike-friendly rail service. Although The house is within visible range of the train track but you can barely hear the trains - the City of Oceanside quiet zone mandates no horns and low speeds in this area.
