Gerry and his wife are great people. Breakfast was fine. The room was very small and basic but clean… except for an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, which I hesitantly attribute to the plumbing, not necessarily anything they can do something about. I was surprised that Tipp (as they call it) had so little going on. But it is close to many wonderful castles and towns and the price was right.

The B&B is very clean and well run. The hosts are obviously experienced and are friendly and helpful. However, the property itself needs updating. Breakfast was very good and varied. The location is very handy for Limerick Junction train station, however the town itself has very little to offer.

Great hosts! I felt very welcome and 'at home' straight in. Highly recommend the place for everyone whether single traveler or family. Breakfast is home cooked and hearty! right in the centre with loads of shops, restaurants and pubs from cosy to high end and hard discounters.

Miene Tochter ist auf dem Weg nach Limerick für 2 Tage in Gerrys B&B untergekommen. Sie hat sich sehr wohlgefühlt und alles gut angetroffen. Ich selber freue mich, das alles so gut gelaufen ist. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft.
