I can’t say enough amazing things about Robert & Frances! The place was absolutely incredible, they were both extremely friendly and respected our privacy. They even went above and beyond to replace the dryer while we were staying there because it took 3-4 loads to get everything dry. They gave lots of recommendations on places to visit/eat and were very quick at responding. The place was equipped with everything we could have needed and more and the Lanai had a perfect view to the beach/sunset. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again! 1000/10 recommend! Mahalo!

Absolutely amazing home and hosts! The house was large enough for our family of 5 to be comfortable, plus had a very spacious lanai where we ate many meals and sat stargazing. Being a bit above Kona made for magnificent views of the ocean and sunsets. We lived being close to Kona, but still outside of the hustle and bustle of downtown and the resorts. The location was very convenient for the airport, and there are a few small, quiet, and amazing beaches within minutes of the house. Our hosts were friendly, responsive, and quick to respond. The back yard was very serene and garden-like. The hosts also had snorkeling gear, boogie boards, and beach chairs among other items to loan to guests. The neighborhood was mostly quiet, making it easy to relax on the lanai.

I came with my son for a 3 day athletic event and Robert’s place was just what we needed to rest and recover each evening. We only wish we had more of a chance to enjoy the sunset from the lanai.

Great little view of the ocean, clean and comfy place to stay! A little cooler (which was nice) due to elevation. LOVED listening to the frogs at night. Mahalo, Fran and Robert!
