We really enjoyed our stay at Jay’s. He is an excellent host and his wife provided us with a fantastic breakfast! The house is very charming and we felt right at home. We enjoyed our breakfast with the other guests and were a little sorry to leave after just one night. If we are ever back that way again, we will definitely be staying there. We highly recommend Jay’s B&B.

I've been an innkeeper for 23 years. We love meeting people and showing off all of the area's attractions and events. Our B&B has become a hub for our guests as they plan their day for sighting elk, viewing the Dark Skies of Cherry Springs, daring the Sky Walk Kinzua Bridge or going to Niagara Falls. Some of our guests never leave our big Victorian front porch choosing to relax and watch the world go by. Time passes slowly here.
