Evans and Christine are great hosts.They were quite responsive to my requests.The place was spotlessly clean and they even went ahead to put for us mosquito nets as I was staying with an infant.The security of the estate is top notch. The area is easily accessible to most facilities. Highly recommend and will be visiting again when I am around.
Evans, his wife and help were all extraordinarily responsive to my requests. Im sure they will quickly fix the cracked ensuite door ledge before it hurts someone's toes.
Great place and couldn't ask for a better host!
Whilst Evans has gone out of his way to create a pleasant flat, it is worth noting this is a busy young family’s kind of an estate. It’s best for passing people like us who never needed to be indoors in the day. Great base for Uber rides. Outside is a convenient group of eateries, bistro, hairdressers etc if you fancy a stroll and a stop for food and drinks. We had a 12 yr child so it was safe. The flat is on the ground floor but no access to balcony as it houses the booster water tank hence stopping at the property would have to be indoors. Extra tv in bedroom provides options for private watching. Being on the ground, Evans could invest in better secure windows as the grid squares are large enough for an intruder especially when I knew my child was sleeping there as I kept checking in the night at every little noise. I tied the window latch tight with an elastic band. Individual sense of security is paramount regardless of general estate watchers. The flat served us okay.
