Lovely spacious cottage with modern amenities, welcome pack and essentials, milk, bread, pies, eggs, tea coffee a very welcome touch. Off street parking for 1 car was great. Very clean and clearly well managed. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Prospect House was wonderful: spacious, super well equipped and perfect for our family Christmas. We could be together or have some private time. Great supply of wood for woodburners too. The house itself was full of character with lovely sized rooms. Thank you.

We enjoyed our stay at Prospect House. The property was well furnished and had everything you would need. The extras were lovely and thoughtful - welcome pack and toiletries. It was very clean and spacious, especially the bedrooms with lovely views from the front. There was no parking directly at the property but we were able to park two cars at their smaller property in front of the house. Otherwise, there was parking on the road. Lovely little shop/post office and cafe close by. Lots to do in the area - we loved Helmsley and the Bird of Prey centre.

The cottage was perfect for our family Xmas .. there was everything in what we needed .. the welcome hamper was lovely too would definitely recommend this cottage to other people for a lovely peaceful break .

This is a really lovely house. Well thought through and very warm and cosy. We loved the real fires. Well equipped kitchen too. Plenty of everything. Lovely comfortable bedrooms and good showers in the bathrooms too. A very convenient location to tour Yorkshire. We loved it!
