We loved this place and location. There is absolutely no service about 15 minutes out from the house but he does have wifi. The drive up the creek is insane but beautiful. The host was cool and the lot was beautiful.

Very peaceful place to stay. We enjoyed the fire pit by the creek quite a bit. Looking forward to visiting again.

Words cannot describe the beauty of the woods and mountain stream that surround this mountain retreat. Awaking to the sound of the stream in the morning was wonderful. Sitting in the swing beside the stream in the evening was a great way to unwind from the day. The place is a bit of heaven on earth! The cabin itself is humble, which suits us just fine. It was very clean and the windows were open to let in the fresh mountain air, making it even more relaxing. The only challenge is that the area is so remote that there is no cell phone coverage so when we arrived and couldn't find the key, we couldn't contact David. Because of the mountainous area, the Wi-Fi service is inconsistent so, it's a great place to unplug. David is a friendly host and he makes sure his guests have what they need and enjoy themselves. Thank you, David!!!

David's cabins by the creek made it the most relaxing atmosphere day and night. We built a fire and roasted marshmallows. No need for a sleep machine for sure because the creek never stops babbling. I wish I could have stayed longer and can't wait to go back...

What a great hidden gem. This was exactly what we needed to recharge our batteries. David and his great dogs were friendly, helpful and kind. I could have stayed a week and been perfectly happy. Can’t wait to come back!!!!
