Great place to stay, lovely building and super close to the beach. The apartment itself is lovely, premium duplex. Only room for improvement is the mattress, which may be too soft for some, and the bedroom tv has a permanent stripe on screen so it can bother a bit when watching Netflix. Other than those two minor things it was a great stay, super quiet with great sound insulation despite being so close to nightlife buzz. Recommended!

The condo is a perfect place to stay in Playa Del Carmen. The pool and beach access make it feel like a real vacation. The concierge and other guests are very friendly. There are lots of families, children and older people and it felt very safe and welcoming. The apartment itself is large with two floors and very clean. The condo is located in a great area for walking, no cars or taxis needed, except it is very loud until late. l kept the bedroom TV on to drown out the noise. It was convenient having access to a full kitchen with a large refrigerator, oven, coffee machine, blender, and washing machines, however, the apartment is stocked with very little and you need to buy your own supplies for these as well as toiletries, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. There are shops in walking distance for this. I had issues with noise and a broken TV in my previous Airbnb, and was eventually able to resolve it with the host. Overall, I would stay here again and recommended it to others :)

It was our second year at Chuzo's/ Oceana in PDC.Always a grest experience ,clean & people working there are nice .Location is close to 5th Ave & a few steps to the beach and Mamitas beach club with included membership. Tks again,will be back
