It was not what we expected. The cottage was not stand alone or private.. it was semi-detached and unfortunately the walls were paper thin so we heard every conversation and footstep of our neighbors. The location was convenient for our wedding in Tulbagh, however it is just off the road which can be abit noisy as well. The thermostat in the cottage is also not very good. The day we arrived it was hot and the AC only cooled down the lounge. The bathroom & shower were nice however both beds were hard and had very thin cheap pillows which hurt our necks.

Big Sky Cottages are amazing! If you need a few days away from the hustle and bustle, it's a must. And you'll never get tired of the view. Thanks for the lovely stay, Elaina.

Had a great stay with my kids. Very peaceful and you wont find a pool with a better view anywhere else

My fiancé and I had a lovely stay at Nelia’s! It was relaxing, serene and just so beautiful. Breathtaking views on all sides of the cabins.

Absolutely stunning accommodation with lovely, friendly hosts. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a mountain get away! The indoor fire place and the view are both amazing and make this place what it is!!!
