Cadre très agréable, maison propre et rangée a notre arrivé. Par contre les stores de la maison ne fonctionne pas malgré notre appel et messages aucunes réponses et la piscine est non chauffé car sur l’annonce c’est bien précisez chauffer. Impossible de se baigner avant avant 14h et après 18h . Aucune information concernant le bac d’ordure ménagère qui étais sur la rue a 150mètres et non situé dans la maison.

Er was een lekkage vanuit de douche en het bad maar goede compensatie gekregen van de eigenaar! Prachtige locatie en lekker zwembad!

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Menthon St. Bernard - a 30-minute drive to downtown Annecy. It was perfect for our large group, two families with kids. We loved the access to the pool, incredible views of both the lake, mountains, and castle, as well as the ample space and some fun games to play. The description is accurate; bed linens (nice quality and clean), towels, soap, toilet paper, and basic cleaning items are included. As with other AirBnB's, some kitchen essentials were there, but it's always good to bring your own, and there is no expectation that these are included. The house shows some signs of normal wear and tear, but there are clear examples that the owner/manager is investing to keep it up to date. The newer items include updated bathrooms (all but one), appliances, and the pool is clean and maintained. Home access was very clear and easy. House rules and garbage instructions were also clear and easy to follow. We had a wonderful stay.

Fantastisk sted med nydelig utsikt, flott hus som nok trenger litt oppgradering/oppussing, god plass til alle, og en hyggelig by. Men det er litt underlig å leie ut et hus til 10 personer hvor det forventes at man ikke kan sitte ute på kvelden etter kl 22. Vi var en storfamilie på ferie sammen, spilte ikke musikk, hadde ikke fest, men spiste en sen middag utendørs første kvelden, og fikk klage fra naboene. Men alt i alt en herlig uke!
