This was our third time staying here, and this time we brought our 11 month old with us! There was more than enough room for the three of us; we were able to set up our son's travel crib near the couch and there was enough room for him to roam in the cottage. We enjoyed the peace and quiet by the lake during nap time and enjoyed introducing our son to the lake as well. Barb and Ric are incredible hosts that actually care about you and want you to feel at home. We will likely be back for our fourth visit next summer!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The place was spotless and very comfortable. Barb and Ric really go above and beyond for their guest. We truly appreciated all the special touches. We especially appreciated all the time they spent with us answering all of our questions about the surrounding area. Excellent hosts!!! We hope to see you both again in the near future.

The guest house is very peaceful, private, and in a lovely setting on a quiet lake. Great sunsets. I went to sleep listening to loons (and maybe an owl or 2 as well). Barb's home baked banana bread is delicious. I enjoyed spending some time chatting with Bard and Ric on Sunday morning. Particularly enjoyed sitting by the lake, enjoying the evening breeze, reading a book and just taking all the goodness in! I also appreciated the bottle of wine waiting for me at check in.

Barb is an amazing host. We had a wonderful stay. The cottage was the perfect get away. We are in love with Lake Wesserunsett!

Barb is the ultimate super host. We enjoyed our stay, our accommodations were superior! Loved the way our space was decorated. Barb brought us homemade banana bread one morning and Ric built a campfire almost every night! We learned a lot aboutlocal history while sitting around the fire talking. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking to have a nice, peaceful getaway! You will be thrilled with the accommodations and hospitality!
