We spent a couple weeks at this beautiful and serene retreat on the water. Steps in the backyard descend to a pristine bay filled with sea turtles. I learned how to surf with the local school RTT, and not only found peace in that slice of paradise, but also the joy of surfing. Freights bay is the perfect place to learn to surf and the waves were going every day. It’s very special to be perched right on the water for morning and sunset surf sessions. The plunge pool was a great place to cool off during the midday hours. The kitchen was fully appointed and the house is gorgeously decorated. ACs worked perfectly when needed. The area has great energy on and off the water. I ate the most delicious and inexpensive Mahi Mahi at Pat’s in Oistins nearly every day. Friday nights there are a party! We can’t wait to return to this wonderful Airbnb. Thanks to Victoria and John for being great, responsive hosts.

Lovely house. The kitchen needs a bit of an update but we eat out mostly so not a big bother. A perfect spot for our family. Simply cannot beat the location.

We had the trip of a lifetime! Everything was perfect. The home was gorgeous and the view was unbelievable. The property manager was a text away if we needed anything and extremely helpful ensuring we had a wonderful trip. 5 stars isn’t enough. Surfing and snorkeling with turtles was just a walk down our back steps, you never needed to leave. The town and another beach was also a short walk away.

This property was exactly as described. House was clean and had the most beautiful views of Freight’s Bay and sunsets. I watched my son and husband surf from the deck! We played pool every night and watched the sunsets from the deck. John was very responsive and helpful. Thanks for a great vacation!
