Comfortable, clean , homely , well located

Great place in a less touristy part of the Isle of Wight. The place was as advertised and we were comfortable with our 3 children and dog. The location is great with restaurants and small shops in walking distance. There were also plenty of places to walk the dog in the immediate surrounding. Parking was not an issue since the close by parking lot provided multi-day deals during our stay. Summarizing: great deal and exactly what we were looking for. I would come back and recommend Bree‘s place to family and friends.

We felt very at home and the garden was perfect for our two dogs. The bed was very comfortable too! .. A perfect location for lovely walks and walking into the centre of Yarmouth. Parking for the week in the nearby car park cost £65 which we thought was reasonable...

Lovely homely cottage, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Loved the location, a very short walk to Yarmouth's shops, restaurants and harbour. Pretty garden was securely fenced and perfect for the dogs. Although there were parking restrictions locally, we were always able to find a space.

This is our second stay here. Bree is very responsive and helpful. The home feels homely, and welcoming. The WiFi works throughout the home. The home is warm, and we'll equipped. Yarmouth high street is walking distance away and has lots of nice places to eat and drink. Including the best fish and chips we've had - from the Blue Crab, be aware there's always a big line. We also recommend 'On the rocks' restaurant, for steak, tuna steak and the best scallops. You can bring dogs there during the daytime. We also recommend 'Off the Rails', very dog friendly restaurant, great food, drink and cocktails all day.
