This location is a guest suite located in a home. You'll have access to the entire lower level. It is set up for your convenience and privacy. You'll have one double bed and a full size sofa bed. There is also a private FULL bathroom. Please let us know if you need more than one bed, as we have to prepare the other bed as needed. We are PET FRIENDLY with a small fee of $30. There are 3 dogs on the premises currently. Parking lot available for cars if needed. Note: Not ALL Amenities are located in the Guest Suite. For example, the full kitchen is in a common area, but you are free to use it as you like. Our location is easy to get to and very convenient. We are so close to the interstate (I79 and I68) and minutes from the downtown campus and WVU hospitals. We also have a picturesque view that isn't common in Morgantown. With advance notice, we may also provide a shuttle on game days up to 2 hours before and up to an hour after the game for a fee of $25 each way.
