Great location to visit area wineries and breweries with a beautiful view. Spacious and clean. Fireplace is a great amenity for the colder months.

We enjoyed our stay and loved being able to cook our breakfasts! The location was convenient to wineries and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this place!

Overall lovely stay over graduation weekend, great location to get away from the crowds in Ithaca and beautiful and peaceful place in general! I loved the close proximity to wineries and restaurants (Stonecat, Danos) and the view was stunning. Hosts were very responsive by call and messaging when we had questions upon check-in. A few things that make this a less than five star review is that it wasn’t as clean upon check in as expected (sheets in one of the beds appeared unwashed maybe? There was some dirt in the bed…), not many basic amenities, and they required too many cleanup tasks for check out like getting the towels started in the laundry, doing the dishes, and taking the trash out…for over $500 per night that was way too much. Understandable that the price was reasonable for graduation weekend though. Also, I want to note that the guests upstairs are just connected by a stairwell with a door so if they are loud you can hear everything they are saying.
