Studio basement apartment ( walk out ), individual entrance, private parking, 1 mile from the capitol theater, 35 minutes train ride to Grand central terminal, quiet and very private. No parties or events allowed, no pets, NO SMOKING of any kind inside, no drinking outside the apartment ( we had people drinking in our front lawn in past ). Family home, space not appropriate for children. We only accept guests with positive past reviews. Very clean space with a full kitchen, tv and internet, full bathroom and queen size bed.

This is my 2nd time staying at Jeanne's and will definitely stay here again the next time my favorite bands bring me back to the Capitol Theater! Jeanne's house is perfect location for a trip into downtown Port Chester!
We enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean and as described. We had enough amenities for one night, and the massage chair was a great bonus after a night of dancing at The Capital Theater! Her communication and instructions were helpful.
Great place to stay for a show at the capitol theater. The hosts were great and even offered us a ride down to the cap as we were leaving.
Jeanne was very attentive to our needs and her place was very comfortable.

There is no commercial business nearby, the closest store is a mile and half, if walk late at night on the streets , you may be stop by a local cop as this is a very family oriented neighborhood and almost no one walks anywhere .
We offer parking in our driveway, no street parking allowed.
