Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Welcome to my modern, comfortable, welcoming home right in the heart of downtown Port Chester. My home is great for families or a romantic weekend getaway to see a show at the Capitol Theater. I am a 5 minute walk to both the Capitol Theater and Metro North train station for a 40 minute ride into Manhattan. Outdoor Patio, Heat/AC, Washer/ Dryer in unit, 120 gallon aquarium for your viewing pleasure. Dogs welcome!$50 per dog per stay. Master bedroom with king size bed with bathroom, dresser but no closet. Welcome to use closet in hallway which has plenty of hangers and space. 2nd bedroom has bunk beds( Full Size and Twin Size beds) with closet. Both bathrooms have showers, towels, etc. Full modern kitchen with electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, air fryer, Keurig coffee machine, Living room has 55” Samsung TV with every channel possible, contact for details on how to use server app can be tricky. Aquarium, couch, recliner. Outside private patio with BBQ, patio table for 4, umbrella, also has 2 other chairs with side table for morning coffee. Washer/ Dryer inside unit

Dave's place is clean and easy to find. We have everything we need for the stay. My daughter enjoyed watching the fishes in the aquarium.

Great place to stay to catch a show at the Cap theatre. Less than 5 minute walk. Easy in and out and free parking on the street.

A very comfortable stay in Port Chester. We were in town for a concert at the Capital Theatre and it’s perfect walking distance. Parking on the neighboring street was fairly easy as well. Will definitely keep an out eye for this spot any time we’re back in town! Also, let’s go Yankees :).

Plenty of Parking on Soundview Street and William street, please let me know if you can’t find a spot. I will tell you where to park. 5 minute walk to downtown Port Chester with so many shops and restaurants , movie theater, super market, and obviously Capitol theatre.
