Wonderful stay at this lovely spacious home! Easy check-in/check-out process and excellent communication with the host. We enjoyed using the screened in lanai/pool area. The only issue was that the spa jets/bubbles were not working. The host is aware of the issue. The Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, silverware, pots and pans. We did have an issue with the stove burners not automatically lighting. We had to manually light the gas burners. The host ordered a new stove part, and it arrived as we were leaving - so hopefully the stove won't be an issue for future guests. Great location with just a 3-minute walk to the Beach and community pools. Loved the convenience of having a restaurant grill at the pool/beach area. There were also plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area for dining out.

Great place, great host. Only complaint is that the stove didn't work all that well during our stay and the Jacuzzi was not working properly either. Which was a huge bummer but other than that the place was great, i would stay again.

This is a beautiful home with plenty of ‘common spaces’ for relaxing. We used the covered lanai a lot, eating meals, playing family games and enjoying the sites of the pond in the back. It was so nice to be outside without having to worry about bugs,etc. the beach is a 3 minute walk and was lovely. It was easy to get back and forth between the beach, the house and the clubhouse with the pool.

We had a great stay at this beautiful home. Great location to the beach and we loved the outdoor area. We had a few hiccups but the property manager took care of them in a timely manner. We will be back.

The location of this house is excellent. You can walk to the beach and there are a lot of amenities. The house is beautiful and perfect for a large family getaway. We had some significant issues with hot water in the showers and the pool but the realtor was responsive in trying to troubleshoot the situation. Also, there is a "casita" which makes for a great in-law suite. We did not need the space but if we did it would have been a problem because it has a very strong smoke odor. The house itself did not have the smell other than the washer and dryer. Overall this house makes for a good family getaway.
