I have nothing but absolute praise for this place! Lucas was so helpful and friendly, and was always around or quick to respond if we needed ANYTHING. The staff on site made us feel very safe and taken care of. His wife does nails on site for a very good price and was awesome to chat with. The dog on site bavi was so playful and sweet. We absolutely loved this place. There’s tons to do around the area and thankful they have a pool due to the waves being slightly to big for comfort in the area. There is an awesome beach just down from their spot with surfing and smaller waves. Again if you are staying in Popoyo this is the place! We would refer this to family’s, young couples and more! 10/10 would definitely come back!

We stayed at Lucas almost brand new place for 4 nights. His welcoming staff checked us in even though we were way too early. We really did enjoy our time. The sweet family is living in one of the apartments, all very well planned, having a terrace facing one another and the pool area, communicative but still private. The idea is to have a high quality but minimalistic apartment with everything you need for supplying yourself. The kitchen works well, the fridge is big, the bed is very comfortable, great wooden table and chairs. We felt very welcomed and enjoyed our stay big times. The wild beach is a three/four minute walk away.

Staying at Lucas’ place was amazing. We booked this stay very last minute and Lucas was very accommodating. Check-in was very easy. The location is great. Very walkable to the beach, grocery store, and a few restaurants/bars. The atmosphere of the open area with the pool is perfect. Very relaxing and there is seating around the pool and by the apartment. The apartment itself is everything you need after the beach — filtered water, comfortable bed, and hot water in the shower. Thanks so much for this stay. Hope to stay here again!
