This unit is located in Grand Sandestin complex next to the Sandestin Conference Center and the village of Baytowne Wharf at the Bayside of Luxurious Sandestin Resort. It is about two miles away from the beach entrance that is across 98 at the Beachside of Sandestin Resort. You may use the TRAM (beach express runs continuously during high season in front of Grand Sandestin to the beach - 6-8 min ride) or rent bicycles and just ride to the beach (10 min), you may also use your car (6 min) or just walk (45 min) through the many golf courses, lakes and gardens that remind you of Eden.
Sandestin is a 2400-acre resort like no other in Florida. The south side of the resort fronts the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and the north side of the resort fronts Choctawhatchee Bay. If seven miles of waterfront is not enough, the resort offers amenities for every type of person. These amenities include 4 championship golf courses; 14 tennis courts, of which 11 are clay and 4 are lighted for evening play, biking, hiking, fishing, kayaking, boogie boarding, miniature golf, fabulous restaurants, unique shopping, and an array of additional activities await you. The Sandestin Tram makes it easy to get around.
This security gated community provides added safety for the family. With its miles of bike/jogging trails, miles of beaches, restaurants, shops, Baytowne Wharf, and children’s activities, all just inside the resort. The Marina with jet ski and watercraft rentals, Jolee Island, and the multiple tree houses and nature walks are just a part of what this top resort destination offers. You will have plenty to do! Sandestin Kid’s club is very highly rated.

Follow signs to the Grand Sandestin and then bear to the right to find the entrance to the Grand Complex Underground Garage.
Look for the Bahia name on the garage pylons (bare right when you enter the garage to find them) and park in any Bahia marked space. Look for the Bahia elevator on the right and you can find luggage carts to help you move in and out easier.
Getting around the resort is easy. There is a Tram system that takes you right to the beach and throughout the resort. The Trams pickup and drop off every 15 minutes or less at the entrance to the Grand Sandestin, across the pool from the Bahia. If it's raining, you can get there and stay dry by cutting through the underground garage.
