If you're visiting Ypsilanti (or to Ann Arbor, just down the road), whether with a family or as a solo traveler wanting a quiet stay in a popular tree-lined neighborhood, this is the place for you! Ypsilanti is full of great restaurants and independent shops, and our place is just a 5 minute walk from Eastern Michigan University's campus, an easy 10 minute drive to St. Joseph Ann Arbor Hospital, and 15-20 minute drive or bus to Ann Arbor and U of Michigan Health System. Our three bedroom family home has one queen bed (with a brand new mattress), one full bed, and one single bed that could be pulled out into a trundle to make two singles for kids. The single bedroom also has a desk for working, and high speed fiber is available with extenders throughout the home. Radiator heat make our place very cozy. Custom blinds make the space very private, and as weather allows there's a great back deck with a wisteria-covered pergola. The kitchen is set up with the equipment (including an Instant Pot, toaster oven, and coffee maker) for you to cook (including basics like olive oil and pepper and ketchup, etc), though there's also tons of great restaurants and take out in Ypsi. For longer stays, if you need to do laundry you're welcome to in the basement. And, for those with kids (like us) we have a high chair and a pack & play. If you have a car, you can pull it through the private drive with a gate behind.
