Comfortable 2 bedroom apt with kitchen, though minimal cooking utensils. Beds comfortable. However, zero amenities provided besides AC/Heat, Wi-Fi. Bring what you need with you. Safe surrounding area.

We had a lovely stay at Erik’s place. Everything was as described and met expectations. Communication was solid, and Erik was super nice and accommodating.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was safe and clean. We always had a parking space. Just didn’t know we couldn’t adjust heat/air. Still had a comfortable experience. Erik and Jess were very nice when we met them. Made us feel even more comfortable.

Lovely apartment. Very clean and Erik’s attention to detail in the apartment is amazing, right down to the pulls on the ceiling fan so you know exactly which one is the light and which one is the fan! Erik was so helpful before my stay as well, when I added a guest at the last minute. Definitely a Superhost for a reason. Highly recommend!!
