This was a perfect studio room for my first time in Puerto Vallarta. It’s just a few blocks away from the beach and the Malecon. It has WiFi, tv, warm shower and a mini fridge. It’s like a small apartment building with multiple studio rooms and a shared kitchen out in the courtyard. There are some very good street tacos with hand made tortillas right around the corner. I recommend Taqerilla Jaime and Tacos Alejandra 😋 With so many good food places to try within walking distance, you’ll never go hungry here. There are also two big grocery stores within a 10 minute walk (Casa Ley and Soriana Hiper) and a 24 hour Oxxo convenience store around the corner. There are some laundromats less than a block away that wash and fold your clothes for you.

Too much construction noise. I had difficulty sleeping. Check in was not smooth as the owner does not stay nearby. it’s a clean place and the owner was polite and helpful.
