Great spot! Lots of space, very well-equipped kitchen, convenient location, lovely balconies. Incredibly responsive and accommodating host. Would stay again! Una joya! Depto amplio, bien ubicado, y lindo! Tiene una cocina bien equipada, y balcones en el cuarto y al frente. Luis, el dueño, es muy atento y amable. Si paso por PV otra vez, volvería.

Very nice and spacious apartment in Zona Romântica area. The bedroom was very comfortable and good for sleeping. I was working from here using the WiFi and was very good speed and reliable and lots of options where to setup computer. Easy to walk anywhere in the area and check in was very fast. Host is very nice and speaks português which I thought was really cool to find in Vallarta. Great place to stay.

Luis was a great host, very responsive and accommodating. The place was exactly as described and a short walk to all of the bars and restaurants of Zona Romantica.

Second time staying here. Luis is helpful and responsive. The toilet wasn't flushing well when I arrived, and he sent his maintenance man over to get it resolved ASAP. Turns out there was some soap bar stuck in it from the previous guests! Location is good, away from the hustle and bustle. However, it is on a hill, and you'll get the occasional road noise from youths on their motorbikes, or heavy duty construction trucks going to a job site. Lots of light in the apartment, big windows, and when you open them all up you get a lot of breezy air through. I didn't even need the air conditioner, as it was easy to cool the house down in the evening.
