Recomiendo 100% este lugar , todo muy bien, la alberca , la terraza , el balcón y el departamento genial, había dos sillas para playa con su sombrilla y sus toallas fue lo máximo, un mini súper al unas dos cuadras muy completo, súper cerca de la playa y de muchas otras cosas, la pasé súper agusto!!!! Gracias John!!! Nos vemos luego !!!!

This was a great Airbnb and very walkable to the beach. It was just a few blocks from all the shops and restaurants of Zona Romantica. John was very responsive and let me drop my bags while they were cleaning. The rooftop has a great breeze.

My wife and I are from Portland, Maine. I first discovered Puerto Vallarta by accident at age 17 while on vacation in Mexico City when we decided to take an overnight bus trip adventure to the coast. Upon landing in Puerto Vallarta I instantly fell in love with it. Later I was fortunate enough to be able to return with my wife. We booked a condo in Zona Romantica, and never looked back. Year after year we returned, addicted to the beauty and amenities of PV. Finally in 2013 we decided to buy. We eventually discovered a great pre-construction opportunity. We oversaw construction and meticulously applied years of personal experience renting in the area and previous professional experience in rentals, construction and real estate in Maine to create a wonderful home and superior rental experience. A few more properties and years later we now live here at least 8 months a year. We hope you'll enjoy this paradise as much as we do. Charlotte (Carlota) and John (Juanito)
