Arleta was very help in accomadating our last minute short stay. Very helpful. The caravan was a comfortable home from home in a great location right near the beach and a short drive to local promenade. We will certainly be visiting again. 5 stars.

The caravan itself is lovely, clean and it has everything you need, other than towels so make sure you take some as we forgot ours and had to get some. Only confusion we had was when booking it says 30 Fern Walk but then it said 46 Waterside when we received the confirmation. There is a Waterside and a Fern Walk but located on the opposite sides of the park. We ended up at Waterside but the caravan didn't have a number on it so at first we weren't sure if we had the right caravan and I felt a little intrusive going onto the decking to check if there was a keysafe. Luckily it was the correct caravan. Also it does have instructions for the heating in the caravan but you need to make sure the boiler is on in first. So check the master bathroom cupboard first. One other point is the master bedroom doesn't have curtains. Just voils so this needs attention. Other than that the stay was pleasant but just needs a few more tweaks.
