This place has been our home since 2011. It's always been pretty quiet, and most of the neighbors know each other. I can probably count the number of times I've seen any emergency crews out other than the ones who reside here. The surrounding acres of farmland grow cotton, corn, and hay. Aside from the occasional owl or cows "mooing," you'll hear mainly silence and the wind blow. We had some chickens but decided not to anymore since they required daily attention and would interfere with y'alls stay. (Shhh, I'm trying to figure out how to arrange to have them back and perhaps add some goats! 🤠" Oh yeah, Samsung's really close, but surprisingly, we don't hear them much. Which of course is great.

We do often see some cyclists. But in my opinion, you'll definitely need a motor vehicle to get anywhere from here unless, of course, you're into "that" sort of thing 😜.
