Laura est incroyablement gentille, généreuse et bienveillante. c’est une très belle rencontre. Je recommande vraiment de faire sa connaissance. J’ai passé un très bon séjour, son appartement est agréable et calme et le lit confortable. Le métro 1 est à deux pâtés de maison, vous arrivez à Times Square en moins de 30mn et le quartier est agréable, j’ai apprécié la convivialité des gens, il y a tout ce qu’il faut à proximité (supérette, bar, restaurant …) Ginger le chat aime les câlins et les friandises ! Merci encore Laura pour ton accueil 😃

It was the worst accommodation i’ve ever had in my life! I spent 1 month in there and it wasn’t the place I was expecting. The list was misleading. I had no idea she’s staying with me the whole time. She’s loud when she’s on a video call. And was rude verbally and text. It was so awkward for me. The whole unit was Messy, Dirty and the Smell was FILTHY cause of the cat poop (the odor was all over the place!) I can’t count how many times I threw up in there every time I have to use the bathroom. There’s no lock on the doors too. Also you’re not allowed to close the bathroom door for her cat’s liter box. So you can imagine the stinkiness of the unit. The odor actually sticked to my clothes! It was so bad!! The bed, pillows, sheets, blanket & towel got so much cat hair and her hair. It wasn’t clean at all!! I can’t believed I used it for a month cause she said she has no spare. It was overall disgusting!! Ugh!! Save your money guys! Don’t stay here! Theres a lot of decent places out there!

What's a wonderful host she was! Thank you for everything, I could have wonderful time with her and her sweet cat. I strongly recommend to choice thisaccommodation if someonelike to have good time in NYC alone.

Highly recommended! This place feels like home, I felt welcome. I spent more than 3 weeks with Laura. I get along well with her. We had a positive and harmonious relationship. I kept the bedroom door open except nights. Her cat Ginger is nice and quiet. I am a cat person, so Ginger was the reason I end up this place. Metro station 145th street number 1 and A, B, C and D are nearby. And busses M4 and M5. The kitchen is well equipped. Big Food Universe grocery store is near 137th Street metro station. I would stay here again.
