Welcome to this loft in a tastefully renovated former workshop. Located in the center of town, just a stone's throw from the Parc de la Pépinière, you'll find all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. The train station is a 20-minute walk away, and Place Stanislas is a 10-minute walk through the Parc de la Pépinière. Welcome to this quiet loft on the first floor overlooking a courtyard. On the first level, you'll find a living room opening onto a kitchen area. The kitchen is equipped with hob, fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker (Nespresso compatible), kettle, toaster, cooking utensils and crockery. A table and four chairs make up the dining area. For your entertainment, you'll have access to WIFI and a TV (TNT and Netflix channels). Board games and books are also available. The first bedroom has a double bed (160cm x 200cm) and a small dressing room. Upstairs, on the mezzanine, you'll find the second sleeping area with two single beds and a desk. Please note that there is a glass roof with no blinds, so this room will not be completely dark. The shower room is on the same level. Linen is included in the rental price. The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer and shower gel (body and hair). You'll also find a washing machine and drying rack.
