Our place is perfect for staycations, business and leisure travelers, students and small families. It is fully furnished with free WI-FI internet access, a fully equipped kitchen and a hot and cold shower. It is a short walk from Ayala Centrio Mall, SM CDO Downtown Premiere, Gaisano Mall and Provincial Hospital.

Ma’am Karen’s place is comfy. WiFi is good with streaming app on tv. Bed is very comfortable n the pillows as well. We had a restful, straight sleep before we head home. Ma’am Karen is very accommodating n letting me checked in early. Thank you for having us ma’am.
Cozy unit. If you are working remotely, it’s a nice place to stay since they have an available table that can be used for dining or working.
The place was very clean and looks really great. The experience was superb and the host was really responsive as well.
