We came to see the wildflowers. The place was central to all the places we wanted to go. Very quiet and peaceful. The place was decorated so pretty and the beds were so comfortable. We are his 2nd guests and we were very pleased at how attentive he was. I would definitely recommend his rental.

My colleague and I stayed at James' place for the week while in town for a work trip, and it was a most wonderful experience. The home is in great condition; very comfortable and clean. The beds were also especially comfortable. There are 2 full-sized bathrooms and a washer/dryer inside as well. The location is great to get around to the nearby towns while also being set away in a little oasis of sorts. It's in a very quiet area if you are looking for that type of atmosphere to relax. There is pool and beach access with beautiful views, which is especially great if you're in the area on vacation. Additionally, James is one of the best and most responsive hosts I've had with air bnb. We felt right at home and like we could reach out to James for anything we needed. He checked in throughout our stay to make sure we did not need anything. I cannot recommend this place enough, and we were honored to be the very first guests! Thank you, James!

The condo was lovely and the view was beautiful! James was very attentive to our needs. We will be back!
