We had a nice stay at Farm Villa! First, Ms Emie was very responsive to all my questions and she makes sure she responds within the hour. Second, the staff was also friendly and accommodating. They were all smiles when we arrived and gave clear instructions. As for the Airbnb, it's walkable to the beach and the beach itself has nice, clay sand. The house has touchscreen light switches, clean linens, spotless bathroom, and Netflix subscription—everything was as described in the listing. What we really appreciated the most was that they allowed us to stay past the check-out time since we had an issue with the transportation. Ms Emie also helped us with our communications. We're really grateful! The downside for us is that we had to use a communal kitchen and there was no mobile signal for both Globe and Smart, but there's fast wi-fi available. Nonetheless, we had a good mid-week break at Farm Villa!

My family and I chose Farm Villa with beach access for us to have a late birthday celebration of my husband and it was worth it. What really made me book this place was the huge glass window from our bedroom with the view of the farm. The photos posted here does not give justice of how pristine the place is. It was clean, cozy, and peaceful —province feels indeed! Even though we only stayed for one night, we really enjoyed our stay because of how beautiful the place is. The scenic view of the farm’s greenery while eating outside together as a family was really the highlight of our trip. We rarely enjoyed our meal together as a family due to the fast-paced city life so this is a wonderful core memory. Also, the host, Ms. Emie and her staff, Ate Chona, were very warm and accommodating. We encountered minor problems in the house but they resolved it immediately. Our stay was short but it was a nice experience. ♥️
